create contacts between the mayors of the municipalities of the canton of Branne; establish and facilitate exchanges between the different administrations; to be a working tool in order to study and define common interests; make wishes and suggestions, take decisions that can be presented or addressed to public authorities: region, general council, state, Libournais country water agency, DDE, inter-municipal structure, in the interest of the municipalities represented.
