The cottage is located at one end of the house and has an entrance on the village side and an entrance on the garden side.
It is composed on the ground floor, of a living room with a stone fireplace and an oak staircase, a living room with two beds, a shower room, a kitchen/dining room with a large stone fireplace and toilets.​
Upstairs are: two bedrooms each with two 90cmx200cm beds that can be combined into a double bed, a bathroom with double sink and 80cmx120cm shower, separate toilets, and a master suite of 40 m2 which includes a dressing area with a 90cmx200cm sofa bed and in the bedroom area a 160cmx200cm double bed. The bathroom includes a double sink, a 120cmx80cm shower and separate toilets
