This small village is located in the lovely Lissandre valley. The name of the commune is mentioned from the XNUMXth century, when lords, bearing the name of Lugaignac, are placed under the authority of Blaignac.
The town has a Romanesque church dedicated to Saint-Martin, whose construction dates back to the end of the XNUMXth century (or the beginning of the XNUMXth century). The building has remarkable elements such as a magnificent portal in the Romanesque style, or modillions present at the level of the bedside of the church.
